The Professional Scrum Master – AI Essentials course continues the journey into Scrum by diving deeper into: What AI means for Scrum Masters, How Scrum Masters use AI to improve their capabilities and support the Scrum Team, How AI can be applied by the members of a Scrum Team, How AI influences the organization, including essential guidance on adopting AI responsibly and securely. Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
